Join a highly regarded higher education provider in West Perth, committed to academic integrity and quality outcomes. We are seeking an experienced Admissions Officer with a strong background in international student admissions and compliance.

This permanent, full-time role is ideal for someone who has worked exclusively in admissions and is confident managing the full application assessment process.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and process domestic and international student applications end-to-end

Review and evaluate Genuine Student (GS) statements in line with compliance standards

Conduct academic qualification assessments and determine equivalency using relevant tools

Issue offer letters and manage refusals where required, ensuring compliance with risk rating obligations

Maintain accurate student records and ensure data integrity across all systems

Use PRISMS for reporting and managing enrolment variations

Provide clear, timely communication to students and internal stakeholders

Collaborate with the admissions and student services teams to deliver a student-focused experience

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience working solely as an Admissions Officer (international admissions essential)

Strong knowledge of Australia’s higher education sector and regulatory requirements

Demonstrated ability to assess Genuine Student (GS) statements and academic qualification equivalency

Proficiency in PRISMS for reporting and enrolment management

Confidence in managing application refusals and compliance-focused decisions

High attention to detail, accuracy, and process integrity

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive, team-focused mindset with a commitment to student success
