Are you ready to be at the heart of restoring homes and businesses after unexpected damage? Our Estimators are out on site making this happen, and we need a sharp, proactive Insurance Administration Assistant to support them behind the scenes.
In this role, you’ll be the backbone of the process: finalising site reports and scope of works that have been completed on site by the assessors/estimators, labelling photos with clear captions, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and on time. You’ll also liaise with Insurance companies and homeowners, and prepare important contracts and letters that keep everything moving smoothly.
You'll witness firsthand the transformation of spaces and the relief on our clients' faces as their homes and businesses are restored to their former glory.

Role Overview: As an Insurance Administration Assistant you will play a pivotal role in managing the administration and support of repair claims from start to finish. This includes handling initial claim acceptance, coordinating site assessments, liaising with insured parties and insurance companies, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by promptly answering phones and addressing inquiries.
Review and proofread site reports prepared by Estimators to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
Check spelling, grammar, formatting, and compliance with company standards.
Enter and update Scope of Works provided by Estimators into the company system.
Ensure all job documentation is complete, accurate, and filed appropriately.
Follow up with trades to ensure timely completion of work and maintain communication with all stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between insured parties, insurance companies, and our internal team to ensure clear communication and resolution of issues.
Collaborate closely with estimators, supervisors, and team members to facilitate smooth project workflows.
Undertake various administrative duties to support overall running's of insurance claims
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering effective solutions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with insurance platforms such as ENData, Blueprint and Prime Eco-system is advantageous.
Prior experience within the insurance industry is highly regarded but not required for the right candidate.
