We currently have a fantastic Repair Coordinator opportunity with a highly respected and sort after mid sized insurance repair builder.

The Role

Projects range from residential, commercial and industrial insurance repair jobs, BAU to Major Loss.

The repair coordinator role is to assist the Assessors and Supervisors with the administration tasks in order to complete the projects.

Main tasks (not limited to);

Claims portfolio management

Liaising with project managers, clients, homeowner customers, adjusters and trades people to ensure high quality repair outcome.

Overseeing project budgets and assigning work orders to appropriate subcontractors

Schedule appointments and coordinate subcontractors, supervisors and technicians

Monitoring kpi's such as customer satisfaction, repair timelines, quality standards, and timely submission of reports and invoices.

Providing updates to customers across all active projects.

Preparing invoices and assembling handover packages, ensuring inclusion of all necessary compliance certificates.

Excellent customer service assistance to clients.

Full time, office work with some WFH benefits and flexibility.

Salary range - $70k - $80k + super

Experience with the same or similar role (schedulers or project coordinators from other industries welcome)
