📍 Location: West Gosford | 🕒 Full-Time | Permanent Position
Central Coast Kitchens & Wardrobes is a family-owned joinery business specialising in high-quality kitchens and wardrobes. With a strong reputation across the Central Coast, we pride ourselves on thoughtful, design-led craftsmanship that brings our clients’ visions to life.
We are currently seeking a professional, organised, and enthusiastic Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our team.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm
Start Date: Immediate start available
About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our office. From client communication to invoicing and scheduling, you’ll be at the centre of keeping things organised and efficient.
You’ll also provide day-to-day support to the business owners, helping keep projects, schedules, and systems on track.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
Greet and assist visitors in the office and showroom
Schedule and organise client appointments
Provide admin support to the sales and design team
Manage daily invoicing and receipts (Xero experience preferred)
Carry out daily system updates (Jobman, Google Drive, calendars, digital task lists)
Prepare, scan, and file documents
Maintain a welcoming reception and showroom space
Skills & Experience
Previous admin/reception experience (building/joinery industry a plus but not essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive tools
Xero knowledge highly regarded
Professional presentation and friendly, mature approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
