The Role
We are seeking a motivated Property Marketing Coordinator to join the Head Office corporate marketing team, based in Macquarie Park. This is a true 360° marketing role, where you’ll gain exposure to every element of project marketing—from campaign strategy through to execution. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and wider team, you’ll play an integral role in bringing major residential projects to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, PR, and events
• Manage project collateral, EDMs, CRM updates, and online property listings to drive customer engagement
• Coordinate with creative agencies, consultants, and suppliers to ensure brand consistency and campaign success
• Conduct research, analyse data, and report on campaign performance to inform strategy
• Assist with project launches, activations, and community events, ensuring a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Experience or exposure within a property-related group (developer, builder, real estate, property marketing agency, or similar)
• 3–5 years’ marketing experience across digital and traditional channels
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for property and placemaking
