Since 2016, they've built an unrivaled reputation in this niche - helping major organizations like Auckland Airport, APM Group and Flourish Australia to optimize their field operations through integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Copilot solutions.
With 30+ team members across Australia, India, and New Zealand, they serve large corporate and Enterprise-level clients with 100-1000+ technicians in-field (e.g. utilities companies, healthcare providers, maintenance services, etc.) - turning chaotic field operations into organised, efficient and scalable systems.
Recent implementation projects have ranged in value from $400K to $2M+.
They've also launched their own proprietary product for the Allied Health market, with massive upside potential on its own - already garnering significant interest both locally and overseas.
The Impact You'll Make
As Senior BDM, you'll take the lead in new client acquisition.
You'll strategically target organizations across ANZ with $100M-$1B+ annual turnover across key verticals, including: health & social care, industrial services, energy & utilities, facilities management, etc.
When they get in front of prospective clients, they "hardly ever lose." Their team brings decades of FSM expertise and produce deep, highly-tailored demonstrations that consistently win against Salesforce and other competitors.
Sales cycles typically take 3-12+ months and involve a host of senior-level stakeholders, including Business Unit Heads, IT Heads, CFOs, COOs, etc.
Success in this role = establishing a robust pipeline of prospective new business, resulting in 2-4 new clients won in year one and 5+ in year two, generating $3M-$5M+ in annual revenues.
You'll also contribute to establishing scalable sales processes and international expansion strategies - leading to the growth of their sales team and the potential for career progression.
The Experience You'll Bring
5+ years upper-mid-market to Enterprise-level IT Services sales experience - with success in new client acquisition, closing $400K-$1M+ deals and delivering $3M-$5M+ in annual revenues
You've sold solutions that increase business productivity, reduce costs and/or help clients to increase revenues - e.g. business applications; sales / marketing automation; systems integration; etc.
Previous Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem knowledge / experience (directly or as partner) is advantageous but not required.
Intangibly, you're a highly self-motivated new business hunter that thrives in greenfield markets (with uncapped earning capacity), a polished communicator / presenter and a collaborative team-player of high-integrity who's equally focused on delivering exceptional customer value.
