Golden Rock Projects is a well-established Private Credit business based in Sydney, specialising in Private Debt Financing. Since its inception in 2018, Golden Rock has partnered with reputable organisations across various industries to assist with their funding needs. As the company continues to expand, it is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join its dynamic team.

Role Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase revenue and assets under management (FUM)
• Present the company's investment products and services to potential clients, addressing their needs and aligning solutions to their objectives.
• Execute strategic fundraising initiatives to drive capital inflows into Golden Rock Project’s funds.
• Collaborate with internal teams to structure investment offerings that align with investor needs.

Role Requirements

• Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the wealth management, funds management, or financial services industry is crucial for this role.
• Strong acumen in data input and management, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated passion for sales and building enduring client relationships, with a genuine interest in financial markets.
• Proven track record of capital raising and investor acquisition.
• Deep understanding of investment products, fund structures, and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• RG 146 compliance or relevant financial certifications preferred.
