We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for sales and business growth to contribute to a well-established and successful business!

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented sales professional with a strong background in B2B sales and a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities. While experience in the food service or packaging industry is highly desirable, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and business objectives

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers

Prepare and manage accurate sales reporting through our CRM system (Sage)

Regularly meet and exceed established sales KPIs

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

This role will involve some regional travel as required

About You:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role

Strong understanding of B2B sales and distribution channels

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and manage priorities

Experience in the packaging or food service industry will be advantageous

Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability and willingness to travel interstate as required
