What you’ll be responsible for

Leading and supporting our Client Care team, including onboarding, mentoring, and HR coordination

Overseeing day-to-day clinic management, including scheduling, compliance, and administration

Tracking weekly and monthly clinic performance data, and supporting invoicing, payments, and payroll

Helping manage and grow referral pathways in collaboration with the clinical team, so families have seamless access to care.

Driving marketing and social media initiatives to connect with our community and support clinic growth

Monitoring client communication channels, responding to feedback, and ensuring every client feels seen and valued

Coordinating facilities, stock, and supplier relationships to keep the clinic running smoothly

Working closely with the Clinic Directors to shape culture, team experience, and client outcomes

About you

You’re not just organised — you’re a leader who thrives in a people-focused environment. You are:

Experienced as a Practice Manager (ideally in allied health, healthcare, or a related setting)

Confident in marketing and social media — from planning content to driving engagement

Skilled in leadership, team coordination, and HR support

Comfortable and proficient with technology (we use Google Workspace, Splose, and Xero, amongst others)

Confident with financial reporting, data tracking, and payroll support

Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and proactive in decision-making

Professional, approachable, and passionate about making a difference for families
