Practice Manager – Small, Supportive GP Clinic | North Brisbane | $40–$45/hr

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a newly establishing, patient-focused general practice on the north side of Brisbane. Operated by two committed GPs, this is a hands-on role where your experience and leadership will help shape a high-quality, community-focused clinic from the ground up.

About the Role
As our Practice Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth and compliant running of the practice. You will work closely with the principal doctors and lead a small, dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys a broad, varied scope of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations;

Lead and support both administrative and clinical staff;

Manage HR functions including recruitment, rostering, and performance management;

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, accreditation standards, and quality improvement processes;

Liaise with Medicare, Primary Health Networks, and other external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Practice Manager in a general practice setting;

Organisational and time-management skills;

Proficiency in Best Practice software (preferred) and MYOB;

Solid understanding of Medicare billing, MBS, and compliance requirements;

Location: North Brisbane
Rate: $40–$45 per hour (depending on experience)
