An exciting new opportunity exists for an experienced Practice Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of Our GP Complex Ascot.

What will be required of you:

Management of Nursing and Reception Staff

Staff training and Inductions

Working on Reception

Running regular operational & clinical practice meetings (setting agendas and taking minutes)

Ensuring all reminders, recalls and patient complaints are managed according to company policy (RACGP 5th Edition)

Medicare batching, debtors, invoicing and banking schedules are completed

Defining processes and opportunities for Improvement

Appointment book optimisation (including Flu Clinics)

Trouble shooting IT issues to engage 3rd party provider

Patient database management

Experience & Attributes:

Minimum of 2 years practice management in a general practice setting

Thorough knowledge of Best Practice, Hotdocs

Knowledge of Cubiko advantageous

Thorough knowledge of Cold Chain Management

Basic knowledge and understanding of Accounting Processes

Ability to process Doctors Pay advantageous

Attitude of “No issue/problem is too big to solve”
