About Us
Super Safe Hire is a privately owned leader in the construction and event hire industry, specialising in portable toilets, liquid waste services, fencing, and more. We work with some of the biggest names in building and events – and we’re growing.
We’re looking for a driven, people-focused sales professional to join our team and help us take our growth to the next level.
About the Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager and Directors, you’ll be building strong relationships with builders, site supervisors, and event organisers while driving sales growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Achieving and exceeding sales targets
Managing both new and existing accounts
Conducting face-to-face follow-ups with customers
Researching and identifying new business opportunities
Coordinating and distributing promotional activities
About You
You’re confident, motivated, and love turning opportunities into results. You thrive in an autonomous role and know how to build rapport quickly.
You’ll ideally bring:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM and MS Office
Proven track record of hitting personal and professional targets
Knowledge of the building industry (advantage, but not essential)
Local knowledge or residence (advantage)

About Super Safe Scaffolds
In 1993 Peter Scott first started his hire business as Dunnys R Us concentrating on hiring portable toilets to the building industry in Melbourne with a range of builder’s toilets, function toilets and sewer connect toilets.
Being a registered builder, having managed his own successful building company, Peter saw there was a need in this part of the industry to provide better service to the building trade.
Peter clearly understood the needs of builders and structured Dunnys R Us to take out the problems many builders faced in the provision of the various products needed to meet health and safety requirements, to comply with all the legislative requirements and most importantly to be able to build houses without hassle.
