We are on the lookout for an Experienced Account Manager to join our expanding team in Traralgon.

As an Account Manager, you will establish and strengthen client relationships with a focus of driving revenue and the ability to thrive in a sales environment.

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Experienced Account Manager, full-time. If you are keen to learn and possess a strong customer service focus and you are up for any challenges, this role is perfect for you!

The Role:

Effectively manage a high-volume of inbound and outbound customer calls

Booking appointments for further and on-going opportunity's

Review and updated client correspondence files and scheduling database

Contact new and existing customers to discuss how their needs could be met through specific products and services

Manage a wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently

Sell the latest Technology including: Telstra Internet, latest Mobiles/Tablet devices and much more

About You:

Strong command of English with a clear, articulate telephone manner
