The Role
Due to expansion they are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to manage relationships and execute business priorities with a national key pharmaceutical account. The successful candidate will have proven and demonstrated strength in understanding beauty, owning P&L's, explaining the vision and developing action plans to execute.

Key Responsibilities

• You will leverage your deep understanding of the beauty industry and strong negotiation skills to secure prime shelf space and drive sales growth.
• Lead new product launches aligned with strategic marketing campaigns, to advance & increase distribution & sales velocity with key accounts.
• Develop excellent relationships with the buying teams / senior management within pharmaceutical national accounts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly company net sales and margin targets.

Experience & Skills Required

• You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar beauty/cosmetics role within the pharmaceutical sector.
• You're a proven relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have a strategic mindset, a marketing mind and can develop and implement effective account management plans to achieve ambitious sales targets.
• You're a data whiz who can analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a self-motivated go-getter.
