The Opportunity

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the strategic and operational link between the client and internal teams. You'll take initiative, work autonomously, and be a trusted advisor who brings creative, cost-effective solutions to life. This role is highly client-facing - you'll spend time in front of your clients, proactively identifying opportunities to add value and drive account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of key client accounts

Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships through regular in-person and virtual engagement

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive organic growth

Be agile and proactive in delivering solutions, often in fast-moving or complex scenarios

Lead end-to-end project delivery in collaboration with internal creative, production, and logistics teams

Ensure high standards of client service through clear communication, issue resolution, and ongoing performance management

Deliver commercial outcomes through strong budget oversight, reporting, and strategic planning

What You'll Bring

Demonstrated success in client relationship management and account growth, preferably within retail marketing or display sectors

Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to juggle competing deadlines

A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of retail display systems, merchandising, and creative marketing solutions

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to lead client conversations

Ability to work independently, make fast and effective decisions, and adapt to changing client needs

Commercial acumen, including experience with budgets, reporting, and client performance metrics

A background in marketing, retail, creative services, or production is highly regarded
