Our client is on a mission to make roads safer through innovative fleet safety technology. Their platform leverages real-time insights and data to promote safer driving, reduce accidents, and ultimately save lives.
They are now seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow key customer relationships across the APAC region. If you thrive in SaaS, love working with enterprise clients, and want to make a real impact - this role is for you.
Location: Remote within Australia (applicants must have valid Australian work rights)
Permanent Role
Must-have:
- Background in Telematics, Fleet Management, or Fleet Safety software
- Experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager (not Sales)
- Must have valid Australian work rights
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full post-sale customer lifecycle across enterprise fleet accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-level.
- Ensure renewals, drive adoption, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for customer issues.
- Gather customer feedback to support product improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, finance, and support.
About You:
- Experience in Account Management with previous experience in SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise or large customer accounts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on customer success and business growth.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with the automotive or fleet industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
