Coreserve Australia is seeking a proactive and highly organised Service Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity, responsible for coordinating and scheduling over 150 service jobs weekly within the Catering Equipment Repairs and Refrigeration Services sectors.

Success in this role requires excellent multi-tasking, high attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Prior experience in a similar scheduling environment, especially within the service and repair industry, will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Service Job Scheduling:
Efficiently schedule and prioritise service jobs based on urgency, location, technician availability, and client needs.

Technician & Subcontractor Coordination:
Manage the schedules of both in-house technicians and external subcontractors to ensure timely job completion.

Operational & Financial Alignment:
Build daily and weekly schedules that meet financial targets and service quality standards.

Daily Schedule Closure & Invoicing:
Finalise the day’s schedule and process daily invoicing to support accurate and timely client billing.

Communication & Workflow Management:
Work closely with the helpdesk team to flag and follow up on urgent actions, such as:

Parts procurement

Quoting requirements

Customer updates

Email management and inquiry resolution

System Use (Simpro):
Raise, log, and manage service requests through Simpro. Prior experience is beneficial, though training will be provided.

Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a fast-paced scheduling or coordination role

Exposure to Catering Equipment Repairs, Refrigeration, or a similar service industry is advantageous

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to prioritise and handle high-volume workflows effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with Simpro or similar job management software preferred

Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, clients, and internal teams
