The role
This full-time Team Scheduler / Customer Service Officer role with DDE Services in Arndell Park, NSW is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of the company's service teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects for our customers.
The role can suit any parental responsibilities, such as pick up and drop off of children.
Key responsibilities
Liaise with customers to understand their service needs and schedule work accordingly
Manage the scheduling and dispatch of service teams to job sites
Monitor job progress and communicate with customers on status updates
Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues
Maintain detailed records of job schedules, labour utilisation and customer interactions
Provide high-quality customer service and act as a primary point of contact for customers
Support the wider administrative and operational needs of the business as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a scheduling, customer service or administrative role, ideally within the construction or services industry
Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and team members
Proficient in using scheduling and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Aroflo, Uptick & Asana. Training to be provided.
A customer-focused attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
