Service Bookings Clerk – Customer Service & Scheduling

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused Service Bookings Clerk to join our busy Service Team. This role is the first point of contact for many of our customers, so you’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring our workshop operates at full capacity.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing service bookings via phone, email, online, and in person

Scheduling work to maximise workshop efficiency

Providing clear, friendly, and professional communication to customers

Handling enquiries, resolving concerns, and building strong client relationships

Updating and maintaining accurate records in our booking system

What we’re looking for:

Confident, pleasant, and professional manner

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment

Solid computer skills and attention to detail

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus points if you:

Have experience in a dealership or automotive service environment

Understand basic mechanical terminology

Have a genuine interest in vehicles
