We’re on the lookout for an organised and proactive Fire Service Scheduler to join our Sydney team. If you have fire industry experience and enjoy coordinating people and workflows, this could be the perfect fit!
What you’ll do:
Take ownership of the full lifecycle of work, from Inspection & Test through to Repairs
Schedule and coordinate technicians for maintenance and reactive jobs
Manage customer communications and follow-ups
Keep workflows running smoothly using job management software
What we’re looking for:
Fire industry experience (essential – you understand fire systems and service processes)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A solutions-focused, proactive attitude
Uptick experience is a plus, but not essential
Australian work rights required
