About the role
TRUCK TECH is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Service Coordinator with a background in fleet maintenance, automotive service, or the trucking industry to join our busy Chipping Norton branch.

This isn’t just a desk job — you’ll be in the thick of fleet operations, working closely with our technicians, customers, and suppliers to ensure trucks and equipment are serviced, repaired, and back on the road with minimal downtime.

Duties

Manage and schedule servicing and repairs for a range of fleets and heavy vehicles

Prioritise urgent repairs to minimise downtime and keep customers moving

Prepare job cards, quotes, and invoices with accurate parts and materials

Coordinate with technicians, customers, and suppliers for smooth job flow

Maintain NHVR compliance records and company documentation

Report on outstanding work and upcoming service schedules

Actively contribute to safety meetings and toolbox talks

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in fleet maintenance, automotive service, or heavy vehicle industry

Strong service coordination or scheduling skills

Knowledge of NHVR compliance and maintenance scheduling (highly regarded)

Excellent customer service with confident communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office – CRM experience desirable
