Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Answer phone calls professionally, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information about our services.
Job Scheduling & Coordination: Book jobs, manage technician schedules, and ensure seamless communication between customers and our plumbing team.
Administrative Support: Perform general admin tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records.
Trade Knowledge (Highly Regarded): Familiarity with plumbing terminology and services will be a huge advantage in job coordination.
Problem-Solving Skills: Assess and troubleshoot basic customer concerns before escalating to the plumbing team.
Attention to Detail: Ensure all documentation, work orders, and scheduling information are accurate and up to date.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with plumbers, management, and clients to ensure smooth daily operations.
