They are a young and progressive financial services firm that service a wide range of SME clients across varying industries. They provide a full service offering including Accounting and Taxation, Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking. You will be working from their Sydney CBD office.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced accounting professional to join our firm as a Salary Partner with potential for future equity buy-in. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is eager to drive growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to the firm's strategic direction.

This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Manager or Partner seeking to advance within a technology-driven firm renowned for its efficient processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements in accounting and tax advisory services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Mentor and develop staff, promoting high-performance standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
• Uphold and promote the firm's professional standards and ethics.

Qualifications:

• CA/CPA designation with substantial public practice experience.
• Must have experience managing a team
• Open to Managers and Senior Managers looking to take their next step
• Accounting software: Xero, FYI Docs, BGL360
• Excellent technical accounting and tax knowledge.
• MUST have interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
