THE FIRM

A highly successful & long standing firm situated in Wagga is seeking an experienced Director or Senior Manager to lead this firm moving forward. You will be supported by the new owners and the current director while they transition to retirement.

This isn't a standard accounting role! The firm provides high level support to their clients, it's not just a compliance based firm with clients receiving specialised CFO Advisory Services that will help them achieve both their personal and business goals.

THE ROLE

Lead a dedicated accounting team including intermediates to managers & admin

End to end tax offering including bookkeeping, tax compliance and specialist advisory services

Must be comfortable in the AGRICULTURE SPACE and speaking with farmers/primary producers

Business development skills can be taught as this is already an existing large portfolio of fees

First point of contact for potential new & existing clients

Ability to scope and price work

THE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 10 years experience working in an accounting

Proven experience managing staff and their workflow while meeting deadlines on time

Strong knowledge around technology and software's

A personable and professional demeanor with ability to think outside the box

Ability to think commercially and help clients grow their business

Excellent attention to detail & good organisational/prioritisation skills
