They provide a full service offering including Accounting and Taxation, Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking. You will be working from their beautiful North Shore office (Hybrid Working environment), overlooking Sydney harbour and beyond. Parking spot provided for this position.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced accounting professional to join our firm as a Salary Partner with potential for future equity buy-in for the right candidate. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is eager to drive growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to the firm's strategic direction.

This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Manager or Partner seeking to advance within a technology-driven firm renowned for its efficient processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements in accounting and tax advisory services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Mentor and develop staff, promoting high-performance standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
• Uphold and promote the firm's professional standards and ethics.

Qualifications:

• CA/CPA designation with substantial public practice experience.
• Must have experience managing a team
• Open to Managers and Senior Managers looking to take their next step
• Accounting software: Xero, FYI Docs, BGL360
• Excellent technical accounting and tax knowledge.
• MUST have interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
