Summary

We are seeking a Salaried Partner to join a progressive, family-friendly firm following a recent acquisition. You will take ownership of a $2m portfolio, lead a team of 7-8 onshore staff backed by a pooled offshore team, and play a key role in shaping the firm’s future. This is a modern professional services firm offering a truly holistic service across Accounting, Financial Planning, and Mortgage Broking. The business has 6 Directors (3 in this division, 2 Accounting Partners, 1 Managing Partner), an Associate Director, Tax Manager, 5 Senior/ Client Managers + 25 offshore team members in the Philippines. The team is young and ambitious, with all Partners in their 30s and 40s, fostering a forward-thinking and collaborative environment.

Recent growth has come from a significant acquisition, adding a $2m portfolio and 7-8 staff to the Accounting division. Clients span a diverse mix of industries including construction, healthcare (doctors and dentists), trades, SMEs, sole traders, high-net-worth individuals, family groups, and multinational businesses with turnovers up to $200m.

About the Role As Salary Partner, you will:

• Lead a $2m portfolio of diverse clients
  
  
• Manage and mentor 7-8 onshore accountants and a pooled offshore team
  
  
• Work closely with another Accounting Partner, Associate Director, and senior client managers
  
  
• Collaborate with colleagues across Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking to provide holistic advice
  
  
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the firm as it continues to grow

About You

• You are a CA/CPA Qualified Partner, Director or Associate Director, ready for the next step
