We’re looking for a proactive and systems-minded assistant to help build, document, and operate our property management systems. This part-time role will suit someone who enjoys bringing structure to operations and has a knack for technology and procedures.

About the Role
As our Property Management Systems Assistant, you’ll work closely with the business owner to optimise our systems and processes. You'll help streamline operations, document SOPs, and assist in onboarding new properties. This role is 10 hours per week initially, with the potential to grow into something more substantial. The successful candidate will likely live within the Perth region or the south-west.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the setup and ongoing improvement of our Property Management System (PMS)

Document operational procedures and workflows clearly and efficiently

Assist with onboarding properties and updating system data

Ensure follow-through on key operational tasks

Communicate effectively with team members and help ensure consistency

What We’re Looking For:

A systems thinker with strong attention to detail

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms

Great at documenting processes and following up

Reliable, self-motivated, and great at managing time

Ideally experienced with PMS tools or

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, Google Workspace

Experience in the short-term rental, real estate, or accommodation sector
