Visa Executive is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Accountant to join our high-performing team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is a work-from-home role designed for a proactive and hands-on finance professional looking to make a real impact while enjoying flexibility and work-life balance.

We are a dynamic professional services business based in Melbourne. As we continue to grow, we’re offering the right candidate the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our financial operations, with the potential to expand into a full-time role as the business evolves.

💡 About the Role

Reporting to our CFO, you’ll be responsible for a broad range of accounting and financial tasks, including:

Monthly management reports and compliance

General ledger maintenance and reconciliations

Accounts payable and receivable oversight

Payroll support, including super and payroll tax

Cash flow monitoring and forecasting

Financial systems improvement and support

Internal and external stakeholder reporting

You’ll also have the chance to support strategic initiatives and play a key role in improving financial processes.

🙌 About You

4-5 years’ experience in accounting or finance (professional services preferred)

Solid working knowledge of Xero and advanced Excel

Detail oriented with strong time management and problem solving skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

This is a 100% remote role; however, preference will be given to Melbourne based candidates as occasional in person meetings will be required.

CA/CPA not essential but if you’re pursuing it, we’ll support you
