We are a boutique agency located in Innaloo. We are looking for a licensed property manager who will fit into a great office environment. We are looking for someone to work 3 or 4 days per week (school hours possible) for around 20 to 25 hours per week.

The portfolio has been well-managed over the years, creating a low-stress environment. The majority of our properties are local, which means travelling is kept to a minimum.

With two property managers overseeing 180 properties, the workload remains sustainable over a long period. The position will suit a licensed property manager with at least one year of experience.

We are looking for a person who has a good work ethic, is passionate about working in the real estate industry and has a 'can do' attitude. The successful applicant must be well-organised and able to multitask.

Part-time hours are negotiable.

A current property management registration and driver's license is essential.

Experience with PropertyMe is not essential but helpful

Remuneration is based on experience

The role:

Property maintenance

Lease renewals & variations

Inspections and final bond inspections.

Conduct viewings on properties

Tenant application checks

Lease preparation and signups

Liaise with owners, tenants and contractors

Rental appraisals

Follow up overdue rents and accounts

Other job related roles
