About the Role
We’re looking for a semi-experienced broker (around 2+ years) who’s confident speaking with clients, thrives on building relationships, and has an eagerness to grow.

You’ll enjoy the freedom to work from home while being backed by a processing team that assists with admin and loan lodgements, giving you more time to focus on client conversations and growth.

Your Responsibilities

Building strong relationships with clients and referral partners

Understanding clients’ goals and guiding them through the loan process

Researching and recommending the most suitable lending solutions

Collaborating with the processing team to ensure smooth, accurate settlements

Staying up-to-date with industry changes and lender policies

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of mortgage broking or lending experience (support or client-facing roles)

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right the first time

A willingness to learn and grow with the business

Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)

What We Offer

Flexible arrangement: Choose between a part-time employee role or a contractor model

Competitive pay structure:

Part-time: $70k pro-rata base + commissions (OTE ~$90k FTE equivalent)

Contractor: Generous commission split with warm leads and processing support

Dedicated processing team to manage admin and follow-ups

Mentorship from an experienced broker and accountant

Warm leads and marketing support to help you grow

Hybrid working — mostly remote, with optional office space in Chadstone
