Part-Time Property Manager – Family Friendly Hours (Kwinana & surrounds)
🕒 15 hrs/week – Mon, Wed, Fri (school hours: 9am–2pm or 9:30am–2:30pm)
📍 Based in Parmelia, servicing Kwinana, Orelia, Medina, and nearby suburbs

We’re a boutique, people-first real estate agency looking for a qualified Property Manager who values flexibility, autonomy, and great support. This is a genuine part-time role with realistic expectations and a warm, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a small, local portfolio
Routine inspections, maintenance, lease renewals
Owner/tenant communications
Compliance and software-based admin
About You
WA Property Management registration
Ideally 2+ years experience
Friendly, proactive communicator
Organised and able to self-manage
Comfortable with PM software
