Contracts coordinator position supporting sales estimating team

About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a Sales Estimating Contracts Coordinator to join their team in a newly created role!

Responsibilities will include:

Checking of all preliminary sales tenders and building agreements

Updating of workflow schedules

Responding to preliminary building agreement queries

Liaising with sales consultants and estimating department

Skills and experience:

Minimum 2 years experience within residential building industry

Contracts administration experience or ability to read plans

Great interpersonal and relationship building skills

Eye for detail
