The Opportunity
As our Project & Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the lynchpin ensuring that every project flows seamlessly, from initial sale to final delivery. You’ll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading systems (you will be trained on NetSuite, one of the leading ERP systems globally), collaborate across departments, and directly contribute to award-worthy lighting installations.

What You’ll Do

Manage Sales Orders & Scheduling: Accurately enter, track, and update orders in NetSuite and translate lighting plans into clear project timelines.

Champion Deadlines: Monitor milestones and proactively flag potential delays, keeping projects on schedule and clients delighted.

Coordinate Logistics: Liaise with our warehouse to orchestrate stock dispatch, delivery, and returns with flawless timing.

Maintain Visibility: Track inventory levels in real-time, communicate availability, and support reorder planning.

Support the Team: Prepare project documents, assist with client updates, and ensure all stakeholders have the information they need when they need it.

What You Bring

A background in administration, operations, or project coordination, bonus points for lighting, construction, or electrical exposure.

Strong organisational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a knack for juggling multiple tasks under pressure.

Comfort with digital tools, experience in NetSuite is an advantage, but not essential (we’ll provide full training).

A collaborative spirit and excellent communication, able to keep colleagues and clients informed and engaged.
