We’re a boutique Buyers Agency delivering exceptional outcomes for clients through tailored property acquisition strategies. Our business is expanding, and we’re looking for a capable, motivated professional to join our team.
🔹 About the Role
This is a full-time Sales & Contracts Admin position supporting the Director and property team. In the early stages, you’ll also handle general admin tasks and client communications.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Contracts:
Review residential property contracts
Conduct CMAs and prepare due diligence packs
Manage Realworks & DocuSign
Liaise with clients, agents, solicitors, and B&P inspectors
Follow up leads and help manage the sales pipeline
Answer client queries about the buying process
Source deals or liaise with agents (optional bonus)
Admin & Client Onboarding (initially):
Manage Calendly and calendar bookings
Respond to inbound enquiries (phone/email)
Schedule Strategy calls with clients
Update and maintain CRM
Set up WhatsApp onboarding chats for new clients
Send out client settlement gifts
Over time, you’ll help delegate many of these tasks to a virtual assistant (VA) and take a leadership role in overseeing them.
🔹 About You
At least 2+ years experience in administration or contract support
A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence
Strong communicator with clear, professional phone/email skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Tech-savvy and confident using CRMs, Realworks, DocuSign, Zoom, WhatsApp, Microsoft Office
Comfortable working independently and solving problems on the fly
Bonus: Experience in buyer’s advocacy, deal sourcing or real estate sales support
