Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for coordination and client service? Gutter-Vac, Australia's leading gutter cleaning brand, is seeking a Managed Contracts Coordinator to oversee service contracts and ensure smooth operations across our growing franchise network.

About the Role

As our Managed Contracts Coordinator, you'll be the central point of contact for managing service agreements, scheduling jobs, and supporting our franchisees. You'll work closely with clients, technicians, and franchise owners to deliver reliable and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor service contracts across multiple territories

Coordinate scheduling, invoicing, and client communications

Ensure compliance with contract terms and service standards

Maintain accurate records and performance reports

Support onboarding and communication with franchisees

Support to the Franchise Operations outcomes within our RTO for Safety Accreditation.

Support to the Franchise Operations outcomes as it relates to franchisee compliance.

Support to the overall business needs as determined by the business from time to time using a collaborative approach.

What You'll Bring

Experience in contract coordination, service administration, or similar

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook) and scheduling tools

Experience using CRM ServiceM8 is desirable.

Experience using MYOB would be a benefit.

A proactive, customer-focused attitude

Ability to be flexible, and to work within a team environment to deliver on team outcomes.
