Based in Queensland, we supply high-quality, Australian-grown cannabis products to pharmacies, wholesalers, and patients nationwide, with a strong commitment to compliance, quality, and innovation.
We are expanding our operations to include premium accessories and vape products and are seeking an experienced and highly organised Sales & Procurement Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
Manage incoming sales inquiries and build strong relationships with wholesale and retail clients.
Prepare accurate quotes, invoices, and sales reports for management.
Track and follow up on sales leads to support revenue growth.
Maintain and update CRM systems with customer and order information.
Procurement & Supply Chain Management
Source vape batteries, accessories, and packaging from international suppliers (primarily in China).
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and shipping terms to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
Plan and manage purchase orders to align with production and sales forecasts.
Coordinate import logistics, including customs clearance and freight forwarding.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to meet operational needs.
Administration & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of supplier agreements, purchase orders, and invoices.
Support internal QA and compliance teams with documentation for GACP and GMP requirements.
Assist management with inventory planning and stock level monitoring.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in procurement, sales coordination, or supply chain management — ideally in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or another regulated industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with confidence in dealing with international suppliers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and inventory management systems.
High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are highly regarded but not essential.
