The Role

We’re searching for an Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy a collaborative team environment, then this is the role for you!

We’re looking for a positive, motivated customer service superstar who’s ready to join a growing business where your contribution truly matters.

We can teach you sales technique and industry knowledge on the job. What we need you to bring is the hunger to push boundaries to deliver exceptional results. You may be a graduate ready to put into effect your learnings OR someone already working in a sales related field ready to take that next step and stand out through delivering exceptional sales outcomes.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

· Delivering a professional and friendly service to customers

· Preparing quotes and processing orders

· Manage and grow a portfolio of internal accounts

· Make outbound calls to customers and prospects

· Handle inbound sales enquiries – phone & website

· Cross-sell and up-sell products to reach individual KPI’s and business targets

· Log details of all customer interactions in the CRM system

What you will need to be successful:

· Understanding of Tele sales and what it takes to meet sales KPI’s

· Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on effective listening and tactful questioning to understand customer requirements.

· Positive mindset with excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills

· Highly organized with strong time & task management skills

· Competitive nature and hunger for sales

· Advanced proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience in oil and gas industry or similar highly desirable but not necessary
