About the role:
Your main goals will be to actively attract, convert and retain members through proactive sales efforts across both Victorian and Queensland operations of the Soul Athletic Group.
Whilst also being the backbone of our daily operations within our Gold Coast location creating an inclusive team environment, leading the way with 6+ Pilates instructors, building team collaboration & creating a community like no other.
This role will be diverse with one day never replicating the next, summarised in the below tasks, however always evolving with your successes:
Member Engagement & Sales:
Actively pursue sales leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services
Respond promptly and professionally to all member inquiries & requests (via various methods of contact).
Build and nurture strong relationships with members, ensuring they always have a positive experience.
Studio Management
Ensure the studio is always clean and presentable for clients to ensure our space
Actively manage studio inventory for merchandise and supplies
Onboard new instructors as per processes to ensure all staff adhere to Soul Athletic policies.
Manage milestone gifts for clients, ensuring gifts are received on a timely basis at all times.
Organise and confirm all studio covers as and when occur, either with advance notification or last-minute illness. Ensuring clients at not impacted by the change.
Internal Processes & Administration:
Manage and update member databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure full adherence to all Soul Athletic policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Assisting the administration team to actively document and update processes and procedures timely.
Marketing:
Responsible for creating and capturing Gold Coast content for social media and print advertising.
Communicating with the Marketing Team and providing content in a timely basis.
Reporting:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare weekly and monthly membership & sales statistics. Presenting trends and feedback to management via weekly meeting and monthly reviews.
Qualifications
· Pilates instructors – highly regarded, however not compulsory.
· Previous experience within the sales/customer service is a compulsory.
· Experience in health and fitness, will be highly regarded.
· Sound knowledge of basic software, required.
