The Opportunity:

As National Bid Manager, you will manage the strategy and process for the entire bid process from the initial identification to the final document and submission. Working alongside the Director of Business Development, you will drive the success of tendering and review the corporate image and brand to help ensure continued success and market share.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Manage the entire bid and proposal process, including leading and coordinating teams, encouraging research and ideas, and developing winning strategies.
• Lead the review and analysis of bid libraries to ensure content is relevant and aligns with the brand.
• Communicate and engage with the business to ensure messaging and factual content align with operational delivery.
• Review marketing strategies to ensure relevant content and branding effectively reach and engage the target audience
• Develop consistent analysis tools to review and enhance win rates by gathering feedback and conducting market research.

Your Skills and Attributes:

• We are seeking a team leader who is creative, passionate and entrepreneurial in their approach to crafting successful pitches
• You will demonstrate skilled bidding and tendering expertise with experience in writing, editing, time and project management.
• Stakeholder and relationship management across the business and appreciating operational requirements will be crucial.
• Knowledge of facilities services, cleaning, maintenance, or solution selling a service will be highly advantageous.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft and Adobe packages, plus keeping abreast of technological advancements in your field of professionalism, will ensure a smooth transition.
