About Our Client
Our client is a highly capable construction management and fit-out consultancy with a strong national presence. They specialise in construction management, commercial workplace fit-outs, and refurbishments across key sectors including hospitality, education, government, and heritage. Known for their collaborative culture, quality delivery, and client-focused approach, they operate with a reputation for excellence and innovation.

They are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join the team, helping secure high-value contracts through:

About the role:

Managing the full tender lifecycle, including RFIs, RFTs, and RFPs

Coordinating with internal teams—estimators, project managers, operations—to develop cohesive bid submissions

Drafting, formatting, and reviewing tender documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance

Tracking deadlines and maintaining a tender calendar to ensure timely delivery

Implementing consistent processes and templates for efficient, high-quality bids

Contributing to post-submission reviews and improving future bid strategies

Key Requirements

3+ years of experience in bid coordination, proposal writing, or estimating, ideally in the fit-out market

Demonstrated understanding of the full submission process

Exceptional time management skills and ability to work to multiple deadlines

Strong written communication and document management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally, bid management tools

Collaborative mindset with the ability to build rapport across multiple teams
