The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Growth Partnerships Manager to build our brand collaboration and sponsorships ecosystem from the ground up. In this pivotal role, you will own the entire creator partnership lifecycle—from strategy and outreach to execution and reporting. You will be the driving force behind:

Overseeing and managing our existing influencer outreach operations on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

Securing sponsorship opportunities across YouTube, podcasts, and newsletters.

Ideating, executing, managing and developing strategic brand partnerships (Razer Axon, Samsung, more).

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Growth, this is a fully remote role perfect for a self-starter who is passionate about frontier technologies and the creator economy.

Position Details:

Role: Full Time.

Location: Fully Remote (Asynchronous work with a preference for some overlap with Australian timezones for collaboration with the Head of Marketing).

What You’ll Do:

Strategise & Build: Develop and execute a comprehensive creator partnership strategy to drive brand awareness and user acquisition. Build and manage a robust CRM database of partners in the creativity, hobbyist and art-adjacent spaces.

Outreach & Negotiate: Conduct strategic, personalised outreach to identify and engage high-potential creators. Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and own the end-to-end campaign process.

Manage & Nurture: Build authentic, long-term relationships with creator and brand partners.

Analyse & Optimise: Meticulously track and analyse partnership performance. Deliver clear weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with actionable insights and recommendations to refine our strategy and maximise ROI.

Proven Experience: A strong track record in strategic brand partnerships and sponsorships, with successful campaigns you can point to.

Relationship-Building Skills: You are a natural connector who excels at building rapport and fostering genuine, long-term partnerships.

An Owner's Mindset: You are highly self-sufficient, organised, and thrive in an autonomous role. You know how to manage your time effectively to hit ambitious goals.

Creator Economy Fluency: You have a deep understanding of the creator landscape across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and podcasts, and know what makes a compelling collaboration.

A Strategic & Creative Eye: You can spot emerging trends and identify unique partnership opportunities that others might miss.

Tech Savviness: You're comfortable with CRM systems and partnership tracking tools. You live and breathe automation, AI workflows and the resourceful ethos of the creator economy.
