We’re looking for an experienced Production Team Leader who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment and knows how to combine people leadership with operational excellence. What You’ll Do

Lead, manage and work with your team of 8 to hit production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

Communicate with clarity and confidence — your team always knows what’s expected.

Delegate effectively, ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time.

Monitor production performance, cost efficiency, and safety — no shortcuts.

Maintain equipment and make smart decisions about repairs, maintenance, and procurement.

Implement and improve standard operating procedures to drive consistency and efficiency.

Mentor, train, and develop your team for future growth.

Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or production management.

Strong people skills — you know how to communicate, motivate, and bring out the best in others.

A problem-solver with the ability to find long-term solutions, not just quick fixes.

Experience managing competing priorities while keeping stakeholders engaged.
