This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing daily operations on the food production line in a food manufacturing environment. The Team Leader works side-by-side with the production team, ensuring targets are met efficiently while upholding safety, quality, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example on the floor, coordinating line activities and adjusting workflows to meet production goals.

Monitor product quality, perform regular checks, and address issues promptly.

Operate and oversee mashers, mixers, conveyors, and packaging equipment; escalate technical faults when needed.

Enforce health and safety protocols, conduct regular checks, and support incident reporting.

Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with audit standards.

Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing work environment.

Participate in cleaning, shift handovers, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures as set out by the company.

Skilled in Assembling and Disassembling Production Line Equipment.

Requirements:

2+ years experience in food manufacturing; supervisory experience preferred.

Experienced in Production Operations with Mechanical Aptitude.

Familiarity with production equipment and food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Must be flexible, hands-on, and comfortable working side-by-side with the team.

Early Start Time: Approximately 5:00 AM.
