The Role
As Gallery Manager, you will lead the successful opening and ongoing performance of this new showroom on Church Street. You’ll be responsible for establishing a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and bringing the brand to life in a beautifully curated retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful launch and daily operations of the new Richmond showroom
  
  
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  
  
• Deliver an elevated customer experience aligned with the brand’s premium positioning
  
  
• Drive sales performance and KPI achievement through strategic leadership
  
  
• Maintain showroom standards, stock presentation, and visual merchandising excellence
  
  
• Ensure operational compliance, reporting, and loss prevention measures are in place
  
  
• Foster a positive, customer-first culture and collaborative team environment
  
  

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in premium/luxury retail management (homewares, furniture, lifestyle, or fashion)
  
  
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating teams
  
  
• Exceptional customer service standards and a natural ability to build rapport
  
  
• Experience opening new retail locations (desirable but not essential)
  
  
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive performance and manage operations
  
  
• A genuine interest in interiors, design, and creating inspiring retail spaces
