As the Venue Manager of Candela Nuevo, you will be at the helm of one of Melbourne's most exclusive private members' clubs. This role is not just a job, but a prestigious position that offers the chance to lead and shape the experience of an elite clientele. Key Responsabilities:

Oversee daily operations of the club, ensuring exceptional service standards.

Manage and train a team of dedicated staff.

Coordinate events and functions, ensuring a memorable experience for members.

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and club profitability.

Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory effectively, including our extensive fine wines, high-end spirits, rare whiskies, and the largest Cuban cigar collection in Australia.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in high-end hospitality or private club management.

Extensive knowledge of fine wines and high-end spirits.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Knowledge of budgeting and club management software.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
