What We're Looking For:
If you are highly organized, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, have a strong work ethic, and maintain a positive attitude, you might be the perfect fit for our team.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Portfolio Manager in a Real Estate agency.
Team Spirit: Positive, motivated, and enjoys working closely with others.
Communication: Strong and open communication skills.
Presentation: Immaculate presentation at all times.
Transportation: Reliable car and a current Victorian driver's license.
Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of the Property Me system is preferred.
Qualifications: Current Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practices.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bayside and surrounding suburbs.
Passion: A genuine passion for Real Estate.
