Position
An opportunity has opened for a Branch Manager / Parts Manager to lead operations in Melbourne's North Eastern Suburbs (near Preston).
We are seeking experienced managers who have worked in parts or branch management within Automotive, Capital Equipment, Truck, or Agricultural industries. If you enjoy leading teams, driving operational performance, and delivering great customer outcomes, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees to achieve branch goals
Oversee branch performance, customer service standards, and profitability
Manage stock levels and inventory processes
Deliver on budgets and KPIs while maintaining compliance with company policies
Represent the business professionally with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders

Experience Required
Branch, Store, or Parts Management experience within Automotive, Capital Equipment, Truck, or Agriculture Industries (current or past)
Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to manage and motivate a team
Commercial acumen with experience in budgets and branch operations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
High levels of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail
