Office Manager - Boutique Corporate Gifting Company

Location: Braeside Warehouse (On-site), Relocating to Brunswick/Northern Suburbs in May 2026
Position Type: Full-Time, Immediate Start Salary: $85,000

The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Office Manager to own the entire production and fulfillment lifecycle. You will be the central hub between sales and delivery, responsible for maintaining consistency and quality. Your mission will be to build scalable systems, lead our warehouse team, and ensure we maintain our high standards of quality and service during a period of exciting growth.

Key Responsibilities

· End-to-End Fulfillment Management: Take ownership of the operational process from the point of sales handover through to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and premium client experience.
· Production & Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with and lead the warehouse team to plan production schedules, manage inventory levels, and place timely orders for materials to meet all client deadlines.
· Process Improvement & Systemization: Develop, document, and implement clear standards and procedures across production and logistics to enhance efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
· Quality Control & Standards: Uphold our commitment to quality by ensuring every product meets our high standards before it reaches the client.
· Project Management: Utilize strong project management skills to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously, keeping all deliverables on time and on budget.
· Technology Utilization: Leverage our CRM (Zoho) and other tools to track orders, manage client details, and streamline communication.

What You Bring to the Role (Qualifications & Experience)

· Proven experience in office, operations, production, or fulfillment management. Experience with a high end product is highly desirable.
· A hands-on, "can-do" attitude with the willingness to step in and support the team on the warehouse floor during peak periods, especially in the lead-up to Christmas.
· Strong familiarity with mapping customer journeys and optimizing operational workflows to enhance client satisfaction.
· Tech-savvy with experience using a CRM platform (Zoho experience is a significant plus).
· An exceptionally detail-oriented and collaborative approach with a knack for problem-solving.
· Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· A creative mindset with the ability to design simple, effective processes that improve business efficiency.
