About the role
The primary focus of this role is in our System Builder / Technical Support space, which will involve:
Assembling our gaming and business systems
Testing and troubleshooting hardware
Applying and returning warranty claims to our suppliers
While your key focus with be in the systems building, you will also step in to support in Customer Service and the Warehouse as needed to:
Engage with customers through phone calls, live chats, emails and in person
Process customer orders (inc. click and collect orders) and perform general data entry tasks and take payments using EFTPOS terminals
Light warehouse duties, including pick / packing and other reasonable duties as required
Available shifts include:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Saturdays: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Sundays: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
About you
The ideal person for this role will have extensive and advanced hands-on PC building skills and a strong knowledge of PC components and troubleshooting.
To be considered you will need to possess:
Current and comprehensive knowledge of PC hardware
Excellent cable management
High attention to detail
Commitment, punctuality, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
A strong passion for the PC gaming and hardware scene
Experience in Customer Service and Warehousing highly regarded
