Our valued market leading client is an Australian owned, fast growing, gourmet dairy product producer.

They are seeking an experienced sales support/ customer service administrator to join their business located in Hadfield immediately.

The hours of work are 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday.

The Opportunity:

The Sales Support/ customer service team is the voice of the business across multiple channels, including phone, email and webchat interactions, the team provides product information and sales support to both internal and external customers and is the conduit for all customer interactions.

Your day will consist of the following:

Receiving orders via emails, web portal and EDI

Data Entry of Sales Order entry into an ERP system

Planning deliveries to meet sales orders

Generating paperwork for deliveries: delivery dockets, ASNs, invoicing

Other duties as required

About you:

You’re experienced and confident in meeting goals and targets

You are proficient with the Microsoft Suite of products

You enjoy providing exceptional Customer Service

You have exceptional data entry skills

You have experience in resolving customer enquiries in a professional manner

You love being part of team focused environment
